If you have two svc 4 ohms subs then they are only going to be wired as follows.

parallel wired = 2 ohm - this is the best bet for you

series wired = 8 ohm

stereo wired = 4 ohm

Find an amp that is rated at 500w rms X 1 @ 2 ohms or 250w rms x 2 @ 4 ohms (much harder to find).

No the ratings that you have shown are not all the same.
