hey guys whats up , well my question is how can i bypass the factory anti theft system.  i am using a  457g from DEI.  the real problem im having is finding out were the passlock module is located.  can anyone please help me out.

Another way of doing it is using two relays but only problem is it requires a resistor and well honestly i dont know what the resistance measure is.  i apreciate your help thank you .   Sin. Jose

I don't think the 457G is applicable on the colorado you would need a 555L or a PLXR.

The Passlock system you will need to use the PLXR from bypasskit and it will also double as your 2nd IGN activation wire. You can access the Passlock wires when you remove the lower portion of the driver's dash. The wire are running along side with the ignition wires .The wires are WHITE/ YELLOW ( POWER ) & WHITE/ BLACK ( DATA ).

I've tried using the relay diagram before and it doesn't work ( that or I didn't get the right diagram for the Pursuit that I did ). You will need 3 relays and resistors for the set up. It's easier to buy the module and more reliable as well.
