You need to put a capacitor on your extension cord!

3/4" thick MDF...

1 5/8" coarse threaded drywall screws...

Craftsman 15.? volt cordless drill...

10" Ryobi Tablesaw

Normally sandles...

No gloves...

Sony VAIO, Intel P4, 2.2Gh...

LOL, on another note, I think the problem is number one, I wasn't using the correct size bit and number 2, I wasn't drilling far enough into the wood when I pre-drilled.

Problems solved now fellas!

but what kind of toilet paper are you using? I like Scott, it never clogs but is very durable. when your wood keeps splitting just relax, take a dump, grab your favorite beverage, and then continue. its easier to split wood when you dont have the bubble guts.MDF keeps splitting - Page 2 -- posted image. happy splittin'

Set the depth that you need to drill on the bit then mark it with a piece of duck tape.
