i have a 1500 to install a remote start.......any info on a by-pass kit????

DEI 555U if key is gray.If key is black none needed.

Did that work???????

Dave if the truck has the factory keyless on the key thats supposedly the only way to tell if it has a remote key you can pop it apart and take out the board then try starting the truck with the guts out if starts no chip no start chip the key is no longer gray the new ones are tan you can buy them at howard keys for about 15 if you need more info call me
