listen the constant fuse would not be in the incar fuse box it would be in the engine compartment in a box also combined with relays so check all the fuses in there. ground your dmm and use the pos side of dmm to check all fuses it easy leave fuses in and take pos stick and poke little metal ends that come out of the top of fuses , poke both sides if you get pos 12 from one and not the other than the fuse is blown if you get nothing and the car is Off that is fine , but word of advice test with car in run possition or all the way before start.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

djferany2 Lots of times there are constant fuses in car.  In fact I doubt very much that the car has a fuse box under the hood.  Likely only a couple fusable links.

DeathsJester - no problem.  Makes no difference to me Constant 12v+ wire - Page 2 -- posted image. Sometime I really wonder where these companies get their info.

Same here...TRUST NO COMPANY!!  Trust only your DMM...

but as we all know..there are a few cars, that have messed up wiring...mostly due to the manufacturer changing teh harness over, and those few still had last years, or the new years harness...messed up...thank god for the DMM

Well, guys, it is fixed. It was a fuse I overlooked. Thanks for everything. The orange wire is the constant source.
