IS this the correct way to wire the starter motor on the car for a push button start? Thanks in advance

I'm not sure that the jumper wire from 86 to 87 will keep enough current flowing to terminal 86 to keep the relay activated.  You would have to test it to see if it will work.
 
I would rewire it like this if it was my vehicle.

Well, I would go with the second one but would go to the ign harness for the power. After all it is what supplies the power for the starter anyways.

Aurex, so do u mean you would rather have the switch connected to the the ignition pin instead of the ground?
