I installed a RS/KE in a 2001 Chevy S-10 Blazer about 2 months ago. The customer came back yesterday and said that the power locks will not work at the switch, but work off the aftermarket remote and that the rear hatch release does not work at all. Any suggestions and/or solutions?

Factory Fuses 1st.............

Not sure where U tied into wires, but make sure none of the Factory wires have been cut or split..........
Check factory RKE / BCM....
BCM IN FRONT OF CENTER CONSOLE

Did it have Factory Remote Keyless ?  If so, check them also

Also when installing did you do a 5 wire reversal setup or were you able to do a 3-wire positice?
Maybe a bad switch?
FYI: I rolled my Blazer off the showroom floor and in about a week the window lock switch blew up internally. Took it to the dealer and they didn't freakin listen to me and the service guy brought the truck back going, "a-durh, the driver switches work just fine... durh....". I walked over and pushed the passanger window and it wouldn't roll. Then the HVAC wouldn't do to the floor. Freakin assembly lines! LOL
