Unless you are going to cut ports through the cab and bed forget putting anything in the bed.  Besides, if your concerned with the safety and hearing of every one, that too will rule the bed box out.

forget about a seat box too.   one word (illegal)    If you were to ge t pulled over with anyone back there your nailed.

Take the center console one step further, forget about putting the woofers between the front seats, build a center console box for the back leaving just enough room for both jump seats to be used.  With one woofer facing to the left and the other facing to the right.  side by side in relation to eachother.
