You mean, to get it installed into your car? Or is it installed, and it's just broken?

No code... Security CD. Sounds hot to me, and Eclipse WILL NOT help you, without proof of purchase. To reset the security CD (actually turn the security off so the user can reset it) costs about 80 bucks, and as I said they will NOT help you without proof of purchase from an authorized Eclipse dealer. Oh, and they are supposed to have installed it, too...
Also, you will NEVER get a code from any of the users on this board... Read the use policy...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

What's this about? A security CD? Is this with all Eclipse head units?

It's called ESN - Eclipse Security Network, and it works... Too bad for you.
