any pro's or con's on this amp and is there any comparison to the grandaddy punch 45????

if your talking about a 15 year old punch they were great but no comparison to most amps of today for the same money that it cost.

Actually, according to the guys AT Rockford at the CES this year, the re-release of the Punch45 is THE Punch45, there is NOTHING different in it. I have not seen one in person yet (since the demo models in Las Vegas), but it sure looked like the same thing when I saw it in Vegas in January...

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
