I am trying to put a relay in an electric fan circuit. It has a simple on/off switch in the dash. I am having a very difficult time visualizing the wiring in my head so a simple diagram showing the 12V+ and the 12V- and what wire goes where would be appreciated.  Thanks

hope this helps, it's a pretty simple setup, make sure you get that fused power either from the battery or somewere else that you are sure can spare the extra amperage of your fan

btw, this setup will use a ground on the little switch, so there is no + inside the car that you would have to fuse, just bolt it to something metal or something like that
