I got a guy that has a 05 Ford F-150 it has the 6 speakers I think and has the 6 disk changer with Mp3. He can turn his volume up all the way and it never distorts and sounds pretty good. He is wanting to amp his speakers to get a little more volume from it.He doesn't want to put alot into it because it is a lease. Do you guys have any recomendations on what he could do to get more volume from this stock setup or a way to Amp the stock speakers?

You can add an amp to the factory system, you would just need to bypass the factory amp and run speaker level inputs into the new amp and then run speaker wire to the new speakers from the amp. I'm sure the existing system has it's own factory amp or amps, and there might be a passive crossover or two in there too to route sound to various speakers. You may need to research a little of that as well to determine what you want to do.

you should still be able to add the amp and bypass the current equipment without doing any permanent modification. When it comes time to turn the truck back in, he could take the amp out and plug in the original harness and be done with it.
