Hi. I"m doin a remote start in a 2005 Mazda 3. A couple of things I am having problems with. One, the factory alarm goes off when I remote start the car. The status output is negative, but the keysense is positive. Do I just throw a relay on to reverse polarity? And another thing, when I do remote start the car, the doors unlock automatically. Instead of tagging lock and unlock from the wire, I tagged factory arm and disarm. The doors unlock and lock normally, aside from remote start. Should I disconnect the factory arm and disarm and just tag the lock/unlock wire the way it should be? Thanks Oh, and I'm using the viper 791.

YES, on the keysence relay question.....

Im not sure about changing the lock wires....check your programing on the 791 first, to see if you can change the setting on the lock/unlock wires to NOT pulse on remote start. You would still need to trigger the factory security wires anyways....ya see.    Viper products....I tell ya!
