Performance Teknique 7071

i have the model from last year, basically the same exact alarm. anyways, it worked fine until a couple weeks ago. I have it in my 94 civic EX and it recently decided that when i arm it, it's going to unlock the doors, and if i disarm it, it unlocks them as well. so i have to manually lock the doors. my friend installed it for me back in july or something but it seems to have taken a crap on me now. i don't know exactly whats wrong with it except that's what it does. the remote start and everything else work fine still. i looked at the fuses in it and checked the soldering connections and they were all good. any1 have any suggestions about what to do to fix it?
