hey guys ive built many sealed boxes but i have never built a ported box and i was curious where i would even start when i do this. I want it to go in to the trunk of a 99 grand am i dont know if that helps any. Well let me know what you guys have to say thanks

try to use winisd program to design a proper enclosure it is really not difficult program, very helpful

Yea man learn how to model your subwoofer up in WinISD.

D/L it and follow the 'help' file included.  All you have to do is get your Thielle-Small parameters for the sub you want to use and plug them in.. it'll take ya all of 20 minutes to download it and learn how to do it.  You'll save urself reams of MDF and learn more about response curves than you ever thought you would.

D/L the proggie and post back if you have more questions and we'll walk you through it.
