mines is kinda like option i but each speaker is ran off its own channel http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/wiringwizard.asp?WoofQty=2+woofers&WoofImp=Dual+Voice+Coil+-+2+ohms+x+2&image.x=28&image.y=6&image=Submit
OK... You are running the amp in stereo mode... HERE is the way you can wire it for that amp, in stereo mode. You want to look at the SECOND one - 4 ohms per channel... That's one of TWO options with that amp and those woofers... The second one is HERE. This is the one you will look at if you want to run the amp BRIDGED. Again, you want to look at the bottom diagram, only in this case you will be bridging the amp for a nominal impedance of 4 ohms per channel...
That's all there is. Select one of those choices, and you'll be all set.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

but i have mt gain up about 3/4

This is probably what's wrong, your gain is WAY too high.  You need to match it to your head unit output.  Start HERE.  Plus your woofers may or may not actually be 4 ohm loads, as they are a low-end brand.  Try wiring them for max impedence (voice coils in series) and see if the amplifier likes this better.
