I just want to double check my wiring:
If i have 2 12" DVC 4 ohm (Infinity 1242w) and i wire them in series then parallel which would give me a 4 ohm load on my Kenwood KAC-7201 which at 4 ohms bridged gives me 430 watts   does this sound right?  and would these subs handle that ?

Your wiring sounds right to me.  The subs handle 300 watts each (thermally.)  What kind of enclosure are you using?  A ported enclosure might drop their power handling down to about 240 watts (each.)
