Anyone have a 20-pin harness that can tell me what pin is what? Or have a harness they'll part with???

If your really desparate.  Take it apart.  The connector pins are labeled on the PCB.  I had used a Radio Shack connector--whose wire labels didn't match the Pioneer pins--lost the manual, no info on the net, and out of desparation took it apart.  It isn't too hard, but there will be lots of small screws.
