Trying to put remote starter in a 1992 Cutlass Supreme with digital dasboard.  I'm using all of the large gauge wires but the vehicle only cranks and does not start.  There is no passlock or passkey.  Some of the dash lights do not come on under remote start.  Any ideas out there? 1992 cutlass supreme -- posted image.

Thanks Jeff.  I did power up the second ign wire but no luck.  When I try to start the vehicle under remote, most of  the digital dash lights are not coming on.  I've checked to make sure that I didn't mix up the acc and ign wires and that the remote starter is giving out power when it's supposed to.  Is there a small wire that triggers a relay or something for the digital dash?1992 cutlass supreme -- posted image.

You may need to power up your second accessory as well as your second ignition for the dash to come on. Make sure you use a relay for both of these wires and post your results.

Just asking but did you run a tach wire?

I did not power up the second acc.  Even if I don,t why is the vehicle not starting under remote.  It will crank,  But won't start, not even on the second or third try.  The unit automatically increases the crank time on the second try which should be enough.  I didn't run it tach, Thought tachless would be easier.1992 cutlass supreme -- posted image.

Run a tach.  Tach mode is far superior.  Also, you NEED to power up both ignition wires and BOTH accessory wires.

I'll agree on this that tach mode is much better.  Make sure that you don't have an accessory output running to an ignition wire.  Also, I don't think there is a tach wire at the cluster, so you'll need to go to the PCM or the coilpacks on the front of the engine.
