Unfortunately, my wife notices it and she is scared she will get shocked. I keep trying to tell her that's its ok,but she is like that. So I would really like to get rid of the noise.

when you get the feedback is it with the acc on or off. Can you describe to your best what exaclty it is doing.

It sounds like a spark or jolt of current passing through the speakers. Just like it would sound when you touch the + to the - of the battery. The feedback is also when the acc is on and also when it is off.
