ok, so my rader sensor has two outputs. exterior of the vehicle and interior of the vehicle. when i connect these to the alarms input, do i use a diode for each? also, does anyone know a good place to mount this in a '97 jeep wrangler?

If you are using a DEI alarm system, it will have a BLUE instant trigger wire that can distinguish the difference between a negative pulse lower or higher than 0.8 seconds.  This will give the alarm the ability to read the difference between a Warn-Away pulse and a Full-Trigger pulse.  The DEI 508-D radar sensor outputs the Warn-Away on the light green wire and the Full-Trigger on the light blue wire, so you would simply diode-isolate each (with the striped end of the diodes facing the radar sensor) and send each to the blue instant trigger wire.  I you do not have a DEI system, read the details on any instant or multiplex inputs available at the brain or tap into the external shock sensor.
