pioneer deh-4700 problem

source the unit off. once powered off hold down the function button (it has an f on it) for several seconds, this will take you into settings, just move through the differnt options unit you get to the mute setting. If it's not the f button then it's the (a) button. But I am pretty sure it's the (F)

I cant get to the settings...the only two buttons which do something when held in are the source button which just brings up 'fm100' (not the radio before you ask) and if i press the audio button when this is 'fm100' is displayed it flicks between 'a-pioff' and 'saveoff' any clues??

your radio might have differnt setting because of where you are at. check you owners manual and see how you set your clock. that is where the other settings are.
