Dude man that looks great. I dont think i've ever seen fiberglass that is that smooth right after it has been layed down. How did you keep it so smooth like that. What is your process?

Starts with the fleece...I stretch the hell out of it...as tight as i can get it. Spred some resin, while its still drying i lay some fiberglass and i rub it with my hands to smooth it out, then i had another layer of resin. Thats it...I got a question tho...How many layers do you use if the box passes the thumb test on its first layer of fiberglass?

Well if it passes on the first layer. I guess I'd do three to just be safe. Thats pretty awesome to pass it on the first layer, i've never heard of that.

i went to pick it up this morning ad i droped it from about 4 feet..no cracks or anything...this box is strong...im off to do the next few layers PEACE!

nice nice.....only thing i would have done different...i would have flush mounted the sub....
