369D on 1995 Grand Am

Ok all, here is the deal  I have a 369D that i want to install on a 1995 Grand Am.  can anyone give me a heads up on what to excpect?  do i have to by pass Passlock?  is the following wiring correct?

anyone have tips or points on where this all gets connect? mainly under the dash or alot in engine compartment?
and how difficult is it to interface with the door locks?

This should get you what you need along with a DVOM. The door locks are positive pulse "one of the easiest there is". Links 1and 2 are vehic. wire info and 3 is positive pulse locks info. You do not need a immobiliser bypass.
