For the best results you will want to use a combination of things such as glass, abs plastic, epoxy, liquid plastic, ect.. Unfortunitly I for one can't say what you need to use, this will come with the ideas. As for the broken part you can go the dealership and get a new one if you need to.
Why do you ask if I ate paint chips when I was younger?

what all do i have to do for duramix.
i dont know what works good, but my plan was to kinda try something that IVE never seen before (doesnt mean its not done)
mdf the big hole. and use dremels and such to form a PSP dock. then glass or w/e material is easiest and works good so it can look flush with the tan center console main piece.
ill try to get a make shift picture from paint but im not very good with computers

make a cardboard or a posterboard template of the hole that you want filled flush.  lay a sheet of glass or two over it. use fusor to mold it to the panel and use fiber reinforced filler to create the shape you are looking for...that is probably how i would do it unless someone has a better idea. and i love accludes. reconstruct broken dash -- posted image.
