This is a clifford 10.5X 2-way remote. You can program up to 4 vehicles for it to control. I only have one vehicle programmed, but every now and then the vehicle number changes to 2, and it will not arm or disarm my vehicle (number 1). How do you switch between vehicles with this remote? It is NOT in the install guide or manual anywhere.
Thank you.

I can't find it anywhere on the user guide or the install guide that says this system is capable of 4 vehicles.

Here's the Install Guide: http://www.directechs.com/guides/manuals/ig/clifford/N3301X_02-05.pdf

Here's the User Guide : http://www.directechs.com/guides/manuals/og/clifford/G3301X_02-05.pdf

THERE IS A PROGRAMMING BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE TRANSMITTER... IF YOU PRESS IT YOU TOGGLE BETWEEN VEHICLES... YOU MUST HAVE PRESSED IT BY ACCIDENT....

Wow. Thanks you guys. That is excellent information. I never noticed that the vehicle had changed when my remote 'quit working'. Hopefully, thats what it was. somehow i must accidentally hit the P button.
Thanks a million. My wife has an older VIPER alarm on her truck. Theoretically, i should be able to program my remote to her vehicle, even though it is not a 2-way alarm, right?
