I am adding an amp and sub to a G6 GTP....I need to know the wire code for the speakers so I can hook up a line out converter....Also where is the best place to get the signal for the LOC????

Crawl in the trunk.... lay on back..... look up.   It's still a GM boys. Nothing new, nothing wierd. You should be able to figure it out.
Turn on is in the fusebox on the driver's side of the trunk. DMM will assist here.....

Agreed.  Get signal at the rears as usual.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

u can get all 4 speakers at the pass side of the dash.   take the lower part off and then theres a side panel.. take that off u'll c 2 connectors.. a big grey and blue one and then a yellow one.. stay away from the yellow its the airbag.. the grey/blue will have 9 wires.. 8 of them are the speaker wires.. just tap there for locs use a battery to meter out what wires are what speakers...

But if you are doing an amp and sub in the trunk, wouldn't it be beneficial (and convenient!) to get signal and turn on in the trunk where the amp and sub are going to be???
