I have 3 orion hcca 225's,and a hcca 250,which I have been storing for a while now. Today I decide to take em out to check if they were still good, 2 of the 225's are good but the 250 and a 225 are not. The 250 started to smoke automatically after turning on the remote, and the 225 turned on but no sound. I was wondering if anybody here had any idea where I can get the schematics for these amps.
Even if I had to pay for them. I tried calling orion (DEI) and they said that they didnt carry any of the old schematics at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced;

I've had to repair a lot of amplifiers w/o schematics.I don't know why some companies wont sell them.I deal in HiFonics and MTX and they won't budge with a print.I hate Rockford Fosgate but they usually they are the  easiest to deal with.Russ

Man I miss the old days when they were made in america. Back in Arizona they repaired any amp for 50 plus shipping as long as you had your original receipt. Orion amp repair question -- posted image.

If you just want it repaired I know a shop that will do it. I've had several amps fixed by them, Orions included.
