Viper 771XV In 2002 Nissan Maxima

Hey guys, just bought a Viper 771XV remote start for my 2002 nissan maxima, just wondering if there are any tips or anything that would help me out on this install..I already have all of the wire color codes, and rough descriptions of where the wires are located, but wondering about the whole chip thing in the keys that disarms the nissan vehicle engine immobilizer?? You don't have to get the door locks in the drivers door you can add pins to the harness of the ecu to pick up the locks.Cause I'm So white and nerdy...

Yes, as cntrylvr79 says, there's a trick----no need to run wires. Go to the carsound.com forums, do a search for "nissan bcm" and you will see pictures of my work.

Ok, I saw your work chris, nicely done...But in my 2002 maxima, I would still like to have the roll down windows thing when I hold down unlock. Even if I route the wires through the door will this still work?? Thanks! Nick

Also couldn't I just tap into the unlock/lock wires where they come into the BCM? Instead of having to go into the door? I just would like to install the viper 771xv so when i hit unlock it disarms and unlocks, then when I hold down, rolls down the windows. thanks again guys! Nick
