What is this infamous 689M that I have searched high and low for only to find absolutely nothing about it on the internet. Can somebody tell me where to find it? Or if not can somebody tell me how to to this the other way that people are saying is so unsafe.

they are currently only available to Canadian DEI dealers... we sell many.... find a DEI dealer close to you and see if they can get one for you or contact a dealer in the great white north......
