remotes for nitro car alarm won't program

Just tell them everything thats going on, remotes aren't programed, how can you program them if you can, , if not ask to return it, and get a quality alarm.2003 Chevy Avalanche,Eclipse CD7000,Morel Elate 5,Adire Extremis,Alpine PDX-4.150, 15" TC-3000, 2 Alpine PDX-1.1000, 470Amp HO Alt.

Ok so I figured out how to program the remotes. But it just keeps on getting better and better. The alarm works great, but when the doors are open on the car it shows that they are closed on the remote and viceversia. So I can't even use the alarm b/c the doors are "open" on the remote. So now is it still the alarm? Or is it the installer's reversed a wire or two? And I can go to them to fix it?Tyler Cameron
