I am installing a remote start in a 2002 Trailblazer this weekend.  I recieved the 457GW and it is the first time I will be using that type of combo unit.

My question is, Do I have to do any different wiring for the passlock 2, like you would normally have to do with seperate boxes??  The instructions talk about modifing for passkey 3 but not passlock 2.  Does the DATA line that this unit hooks into just take care of the passlock 2  for me, or do I need to cut the yellow wire and wire it in like I would normally??

I know I probably explained it like crap, but hopefully somone will understand what I am trying to say.

Thanks

Jeff

Passlock 2 and doorlocks are all done thru the data wire. The yellow wire that you used to cut does not get touched.
