Hi,

Got a Concept 300 fitted on a Nissan 200SX. Was working perfectly, but drove home tonight, parked , got out and tried to arm with keyfob... Nothing.Pressed button repeatedly a few times then the immobiliser kicked in. Fob still won't arm/disarm the alarm. So currently the immobiliser is armed so I can't start the car and the door is open, but if I shut the door the alarm will arm and I won't be able to open it without the alarm sounding. How do I perform a manual override? I have the valet code, do I just need to type it in on the PlainView switch to switch the alarm off?

Also, what can cause the keyfob just to pack up?? Have tried the spare as well. Can the alarm just 'forget' all the keyfobs? Is there a part not working, or should I just rip it out and have a new one fitted?

Cheers .

Ok, now I am mega confused.

Just tried the car alarm again and now its morning and the ice is melting the car alarm works!!! Ho w come? If car alarms only work in the heat, do they not have Cliffords in cold countrys???

Does anyone have a rational explanation for this, or do I trust my fathers judjement that all Cliffords are shhh and the best place for them is in the bin!!!!

Could be a fault in the external antenna...if these fail you will have no response from the remote control.
