just put in a boa 265b remote system that a customer recieved as a gift and had me install.pretty ez install needed a bypass module wired into the factory system all went well and I only used the r/s feature , which is what he requested.now he tells me when the car remote starts the lights flash and continue flashing while running until you place the key on or brake etc.should the parking lights flash or stay steady?also he is unable to use his factory f.o.b to unlock while it is remote started, can this be something I missed ?

If he starts the car with his key & Locks the Doors while sitting in it, is his FACTORY Remote able to UNLOCK the Doors??

You can do a steady flash instead of pulse and As for the fob thing, BMW remotes are locked out when the vedhicle is running, you did nothing wrong, thats just the way the vehicle works. If he gets keyless entry added to the remote start then he can unlock the doors by remote when its running
