I started to sort though the wires and the installer that did my alarm 2 years ago did a terrible job.  Just spent 2 hours cutting all the zip-ties and organizing the mess.

This model is manual tranny specific.  Do I still need to bypass the clutch?

I just have to cross the wires on the clutch switch, or do I have to wire it to the alarm.  I read that one person hooked it to the blue wire on the one relay, but he said it gave him problems.

do it properly and wire in a relay so that the clutch is only bypassed during remote start

use the (-)starter wire of of the alarm brain and wire a relay in

Can you give me any advice for this?  I never did anything with relays.  I am sure I can do it.  Where can I get one?

Nevermind.  I got it figured out.  I am going to hook it into the status output wire.

Thanks for the help guys.  I got it all done and it is working.  On my wiring diagram it said the trunk trigger was blue/black in the drivers kick.  But I can't find it.  Any body know where it is?

the blue/black wire is in the same plug where you got your doorpins

it is the green factory alarm plug hiher up in the driver kick panel

I'll have to look again.  That is where I was looking.  Maybe I'm going color blind.

I got the trunk trigger hooked up.  But now I can't arm the car.  It is giving me 3 flashes of the parking lights.  When I cut the wire, it works fine though.  Any thoughts?
