I need some help installing this system as i've never used a six channel amp.
The equipment
basic model jvc deck
alpine type s speakers rated for 40 watts rms (2 sets)
jl audio e6450 six channel amp with these power ratings
Rated Power 12.5 V Stereo: 45W RMS x 6 @ 4 ohm
75W RMS x 6 @ 2 ohm
Rated Power 12.5 V Bridged: 90W RMS x 3 @ 8 ohm
150W RMS x 3 @ 4 ohm
Jl audio 10w0 rated for 125 watt rms ( 4 ohms)
first off the deck only has one set of outputs for rca's so how do i go about running rca's for all six channels on the amp.
second is it possible to use 4 channels in stereo and then bridge channels 5 and 6 for the sub without damaging the amp ?

1) You can wire line output converters to the speaker outputs to run rca's from the radio to the amp, or you may consider upgrading the deck.

2) Yes, you can do this no problem.

My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
