Hi, I am trying to connect the dome light supervision fuction of my Compustar 1wam4R (CM3000)into a 1992 Chev PU 2500. The wiring diagrams are quite strait forward but for some reason the violet wire in connector CN5 shows the opposite function as to what i need and what its supposed to do. It is normally closed and when i hit the unlock function on the remote it opens the circuit for 1 minute. When the system is Locked the circuit shows that it is closed. I tried the relay system that is outlined in the 'how to' pages in "the12volt" but no joy. I have chosen just before the convience switch(white wire)in the dimmer on the dash panel as an install point for the lead and the overhead light functions normally when a simple ground is applied. Everything else ive done works fine. Thanks SSB
