Yeah it does come with directions. Good call stevdart I didn't even think about a stock sub

Stevdart- I saw you recommended a P35 in another thread. Do you still think that is a quality piece?

Do me a favor and keep us updated on how this works out if you would.

I just got an '06 Jetta myself and I am debating keeping the factory HU in it as well just to be lazy and utilize the built-in changer and xm radio on it.  Lose some SQ, sure, but it's just a daily driving car anyway, not for competition.

If I manage to get mine done before yours I'll try to do the same, but right now I'm still busy trying to figure out how to shape/position an amp rack so that I can get away with using my old box that wasn't designed for the trunk of a compact car 2006 VW Jetta sub/amp with stock deck - Page 2 -- posted image.... and actually, on that note, if your friend has his (her?) amp rack done with pics I'd love to see what other people have come up with so far.

My mom just got a 06 jetta today too , ,them cars are selling like hot cakes lol.
