Does anyone know the proper procedure for interfacing the gm paslock when installing a remote start on a 99 Pontiac Grand Am?

There are about 6 different modules & 3 different methods for bypassing the Passlock II system on the Grand Am. The easiest way is to purchase a bypass module that will interface and bypass the system without the use of relays and resistors. They will range in price between $ 20 - $ 50 depending on the place that you purchase from.
