Anyone done this car yet..I would like to pick up the locks inside the car instead of going into the door..

Also, DEI shows the lock resistor values as unknown, has anyone tested them yet??

STRAIGHT ground to lock, 160ohms to unlock

this is for the Jetta V 05.5 - 06

there are a few modules that will make your job much easier.

CAN SL

CAN 1

VWDL2

Actually the resistance varies from car to car, this one had a 240 ohm unlock! I am going to post my notes in a few...

I didn't know the CAN adaptors were on the market already, who is making these??

The CAN adapters make life a lot easier for these vehicles especially the chryslers. The CAN-SL is made my compustar and the CAN 1 is DEI. Either one works well but I have had more experience with the CAN-SL personally.
