A friend of mine is selling an amp and he says its wirth well over $1000 bucks.

I know this is the wrong forum...but I also know that everyone on here is a pro.

Ha, ummmm, any more information would be nice. Or a picture, or better yet, since he is your friend, and knows what it is worth, ask him first what it actually is.

all he said that he is at work and he has a high end amp for sale and its puts out 1100 watts and he is selling it for $600. He wont know the exact name till he gets home

Denon....It would have to be a mighty old amplifier however.

Or it's Directed, but then I wouldn't necessarily call that "high end."

Why not? Is it too dark to see where he works? Or is this amp "falling off the back of a truck"?

haha..............amp is at home and he is at work. I was just impatient.

he must be quite the audiophile if he has a high end amp for sale and deosnt even know what brand it is..... be wary.....

found out its a "directed" amp. Is it worth 200 bucks?
