Troy, if you have picked up on the responses to the questions you've posted here on this forum, you will never blow a sub again in your life.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

You said you liked the two 12's..... your definitely right about not even close with the 6x9's! You should probably save that money you were going to spend on those Sony's and get you some new subs. Even if this means you will have to go without bass for a while, trust me it will be worth it! And try not to blow out the new subs!! very cheap sound system - Page 5 -- posted image.

You keep saying you don't have much money but you want to buy caps?  I recomend putting the extra cash into better amps or speakers.

We did an install the other day of 2 13w1v2d4 from JL in a ported enclosure in a 4 runner, running off some BS pioneer amp. It slammed, like stupid slammed for the amount of money he had, now only if i could talk him into upgrading door speakers.....

I agree with Dyohn, forget the caps. Probably 95% of the people on this forum will tell you the same thing. Are we all wrong? If money is tight, start with good equipment anyway. You might have to buy one piece at the time until you get everything you want.

Did you read what I posted?  I never said you need an alternator, I said use the money you'll waste on a cap towards better amps or speakers.
