Trust me I've exhausted all possibilities.  I've read the ground sticky many time and the resitance I get is around .2 ohms and thats after subtracting my own meters resistance.  I basically have given up on this amp.  I'm looking to get the MRP-M650..  Anyone know the difference between the V and V12 amps?

Straight out of the manual:

VLT = The amplifier has been shutdown due to excessive voltage.

CUR = The amplifier has been shutdown due to excessive current.

It sounds like it could have been a user error (sub wired wrong).

^nope, that was the problem on my first amp.  I checked the impedance on my sub and it was @ 4ohms stable.
