I just installed a Boa 165B remote start on a 2004 Ford Explorer.  I have made all of the appropriate connections and once I powered up the remote start it doesn't do anything at all.  It's like the brain doesn't acknoledge the transmitter signal.

I did a search prior to posting this and noticed that this R/S has been painful for others as well.  Any suggestions????  and how do you utilize the WHITE/ blue wire for testing purposes?

No, I did not program the remote to the brain.  I don't recall reading that anywhere in the installation manual.  How do you do that??

Yeah it's a whole step by step process that you have to do exactly what it says. It's a pain. Make sure you have the parking lights hooked up.

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.
