you should have a ground and constant in the harness, there is no switched acc wire in the factory harness. You can grab the orange wire at the ign harness for acc power.

i'll look again today but i believe it was a black wire labeled ground and a yellow wire labeled memory....the rest of the wires on the t-harness were for speaker outs and other things...no red 12volt constant wire....

ok i looked at the factory harness and there aren't any red wires indicating constant 12v, there are a couple of orange wires and a few other colors...on the t-harness there is a black ground wire, yellow accessory wire, and other wires for front and back audio....does anyone know where i can tap a 12v constant at on this vehicle and what color it would be?? Also, i don't think the onstar aux harness would work for me because as of right now the onstar doesn't have any power without being the small plug being connected to the factory radio so I don't know how to power it up without this connection...anyone have any ideas? thanks

yellow is constant, red is switched. You've got em backwards, just run the red to the orange wire in the ign harness.

Run the red to the dark brown in the ignition harness. This is actually the accessory wire off the ignition switch.
