Hey everyone, I'm building an encloser for a Boston G2-12 for my 2000 Cavalier. I want to install the sub in the trunk facing the seat. I would also like to have a plexiglass window in the rear of the box, roughly 12"x12". How thick do you think the plexiglass should be? I would also like to install some sort of lighting inside the box. Do you think neon would be able to withstand the pressure or should I go with LED's?

Thank's

Ryan

3/4" tickness and neons will be fine.

It would work just fine with 1/2" thick plexi too. Of course, making it thicker won't hurt...
