trying to find door trigger wire for the code alarm ca-670 have 3 different wiring digrams 1 says white wire,2 says purple,3says orange,i want to be sure before install.truck does not have factory remote door locks,it does have delay dome light any help will be helpful,also do both green and purple on the unit get hooked up as the instuctions call both of them to connect to negative door inputs wires?

use purple which is negative trigger at the light switch

and you have to use the green wire from the alarm brain

thanks guy the instructions are a little misleading they talk about both the green and the purple going to a neg trigger thanks once again

 i need help hooked up ca-670 code alarm in 1996 chevy k-1500,hooked door trigger wire(green) to purple wire at headlamp switch,if i set alarm in middle of nite, hours later alarm goes off,2-way remote shows divers door tiggered.but other than this door locks work,remote start works.also dome supervision is piggybacked on this hook up.

if it has factory keyless entry try using the black wire at the keyless entry module, (it is negative trigger)

if it doesn't have factory keyless try using white at the pin switch or the courtesy light, (this is negative trigger also)

do i need to use diode on the white wire as it shows low voltage when not grounded?

need help installed code alarm ca-670 in my 1996 chevy pickup,now when the alarm is set(in the middle of the nite) it will go off after about 4-6 hours,every thing else works good as advertised. the 2 way remote shows driver door intry and led blinks 3 times was wired to white wire at dome light under dash,also tried purple wire at headlamp switch same thing.
