wirring RF amp and subs

hi
so Ive got a RF p3001 amp and two RF P110s4 subs. I know that im going to be running them parralel but the amp is confusing me. Its supposed to be a one channel amp, but on the side of it there are two channels. theres a "speaker A" and a "speaker B". My question is, should I wire the subs to A? Do I even need to run them parralel? could i just run each sub to its own channel?!
also would a 8 guage power cable work?

Only use one pair of the speaker outputs ( either A or B but not both ). It's a mono set up so each of the outputs is the same on monoblock amps.

Use this diagram for a 2 ohm load on the amplifier:
