Ok well i got 2 12" Fusion PowerPlants and a Audiobahn A8002T amplifier with a 4gauge amp kit! Subs are in a 2.2cuft (per sub) ported to 37hz box. Well i was looking today and when the bass starts to fade away on a song and the subs start to relax again, the sub on the right takes longer to get back to the relaxed position and it seems to go back in further then come out as far as the other sub? why is this! could this blow the subs? let me know soon

It could mean the subs are already blown (one of them anyway.)  But when you say you are "using both channels of the amp" that does not tell us if they are in mono or in stereo.  How are they wired?  How is the signal getting to the amp and is it mono (one channel) or stereo (left and right)?

My guess is one of your subs or your amp is blown.  If you have the speakers in parallel (2-ohms) you have overloaded the amp as it is only stable into a 4-ohm load when bridged.  UNLESS you are saying that your speakers are DVC and each is wired for 2-ohms, and they are connected to the amplifier in stereo.  In this case, the amp can handle the load but I'll still say either the speaker or the amplifier channel that is "moving slow" is blown.  I bet you don't have your gain set properly either.

In order for the woofers to move independently, meaning completely DIFFERENT motion patterns, not just throw, the amp needs to be wired in stereo, with one woofer on each channel of the amplifier. If this is the case, it seems to me that one channel of the amp is "defective". Huh? Wha...? Audiobahn - defective? NO, SURELY not!
Reverse the wires on the woofers (and by that I mean change the channels they are connected to), and see if the issue follows the wire change. If so, then reverse the RCA's. If the issue follows this as well, then it is likely in a signal processor or source in the chain... (your headunit) If the problem NEVER moves (the SAME woofer always behaves the same way) then it is in the woofer... My guess though? Amp is defective...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
