Have you tried wiring it as a straight negative trigger?

if it had keyless entry on it from the factory then it is going to be a type C (i think) and if it didn't have keyless then it will be a five wire system. the way to test for this is to put the factory wiring back together and take a scrap fuse holder (and use small fuses like a 1 or 3 amp to test) and connect it to a ground and then put that wire to either the lock or unlock wires in the vehicle. if it does the action that it should and doesn't blow the fuse then you are gonna know that it is a negative trigger rather than 5 wire. if it is 5 wire then you will wire it as the following.

87 - fused +12volts

87a - switch side (lock or unlock)

30 - motor side (lock or unlock)

86 - ground (or +12volts depending upon what output you are using off the alarm)

85 - output from alarm (lock or unlock)

you will need to do one relay for lock and another for unlock.

good luck and hope that helps.

i was wrong, if it has keyless entry that is considered type B and if it is five wire that is type C. damn getting old sucks.
